Connect to server

hi guest,

hi i had some problem about 4760, i can't connect to server and when i connect to server i found my hard drive (drive D ) is empty. Drive D is drive for application 4760 exist. And i lost my data (one day call report) when i printed it. So, can i get report or log file about this problem ?
if there is an log file on omni vista, where i can get it?

The logs are in X:\4760\logs with X: the drive where Omnivista is installed.
