Is possible to prohibit the access to certain direct abbreviated numbers without using the speed dialing range??

For each direct speed dial prefix you can assign a speed dial area.
In each user Phone feature COS you define the access to each speed dial area.

I know this but when I assign the direct speed number to area and manage the COS, not working.
Only work with speed dial by areas.
