OmniAccess 6000

I'm new to the board so excuse me if I posted this in the wrong forum.
I have a customer with the Alcatel OmniAccess 6000 controller with a supervisor card. I did not install it, am new to Alcatel.
It is controlling about 50 access points.
It reboots randomly and when I look at the log it says:
Hostname is RA6000
System Time:Sat Mar 16 20:27:59 EST 2013
Crash information available.
Reboot Cause: Nanny rebooted machine - low on free memory.
show syslocation
36
show version
Alcatel-Lucent Operating System-Wireless.
AOS-W (MODEL: OAW-6000-US), Version 3.3.1.7
I found a document that showed in arubaos 3.4.4
40270 The issue with controller rebooting due to low free memory has been
fixed.
So, it seems that the controller needs a newer OS.
Questions:
1. is a support contract available to get that os?
2. what steps need to be done before upgrading?
3. is anyone available that is an expert in this system for support?
