DVMRP messages

I tried to setup DVMRP in a small lab, consisting out of a couple of switches.
Once i have setup DVMRP on my "Core Switches" i get following message every couple of seconds on console:

I tried to create a minimized setup by shutdown all additional links resulting in only a linkagg between both core switches active.
Still the same messages..

On both cores:
#show configuration snapshot ipmr
! IP multicast :
ip load dvmrp
ip dvmrp interface "vlan23"
ip dvmrp interface "vlan12"
ip dvmrp interface "vlan4"
ip dvmrp status enable


I tried ro remove interfaces (vlan4) which is together with vlan12 on the linkagg.. no luck.

It seems to work as far as i see it, still the messages occur. I updated all 6850 to 6.4.4.603, messages persist

I could not find any results when googleing..

Can anyone shed some light?

Appearantly its not good to have vlan interfaces with the same ip on different switches
