Hello everybody,

I have a real issu with the new release R10.1.1.
I have migrated my customer this week-end from R9.1 to R10.1.1 and I have an issu in one way only with SIP Devices:

If Lync user call the mobile phone :
- When the lync user speak, the mobile phone user doesn't hear anything
- When the mobile phone user speak, the lync user hear correctly

If the call is made of the other side, Mobile Phone to Lync phone, everything works correctly.

I have an audiocodes between the Lync Server and the OXE server, so I use an external SIP Gw with the OXE.

Do you know if some news features have been developped with this news release relating to the SIP external GWs ??

Thanks in advance

We have had an answer from ALU, this is a bug in SIP integration by ALU.
The issue we had, was due to a regression fixed in j2.603.20.e (crms00413198). This regression occurs when parameter SDP in 18x is set to TRUE, in case of incoming SIP call forwarded to a ISND SIP, the re-invite contain a SEND ONLY => one way call. Keeping SDP in 18x will prevent this to happen. If for some reason you need to turn back SDP in 18x to TRUE, then please upgrade to j2.603.20.

So if anybody want upgrade in R10.1.1 and has a Lync server which use OXE like a gateway to make external calls, I advice to you an upgrade to j2.603.30
