Hi
01-0D stands for board 1, position 13.
The position is given i hex in history table (but in decimal in subscribers list)
0A is 10, 0B is 11, 0C is 12, 0D is 13, 0E is 14, 0F is 15, 10 is 16
In your example a phone set (or some other device) is connected on board 1, position 13
