Hi All,


Could someone explain when a user is on the phone NOT RECEPTION! , when they hang up a call the reception handset rings everytime.


Would anyone know what would cause this issue.

May be you have activated Meter Total Recall? Look at keys on reception set: Feature key/ Meter Total Recall.

I did check for this however there is no such button activated on the handset, any other ideas

Also check for each station: by OMC (Expert View):
Users/Base stations List -> Users/Base stations List -> Details ->Counting ->Count Total Recall
->Destination No.

I looked at this and still not fixed the problem, what else would be causing it...
