Hello Everybody!
I manage OXE (crystal hardware). Voice guides present on VG board. Users make a calls by T2 trunk group (ABC-F signalling) and use ars prefix "ARS Prof.Trg Grp Seiz, with overlapping" with one route.
When message "No circuit available"(or another like this) retrive from far end, they hear voice guide "The number dialed is not authorized, please make inquiries". How can i change this voice guide? I think VG 514(The network link is busy, please try again later) more suitable for this situation.

Check with vgemis what message is played and modify it in System - VG?

Message is number five. But the message is used for another events - If user have not autorized for feature. Cannot change this message.

Okay. Bad in this case. But I think I can remember that there were some OXE patches with such a problem.
What's your OXE Version? Can you try a newer version / the latest patch?
