ringing in mobile 300/400

Hello,
I have 300/400 mobile sets and they are ringing with different ringtones for internal and external calls. I couldn't find how to change this tones, for example assigning the same ringtone for both internal and external calls. I looked for it in the terminal menu and didn't find it, also looked in system configuration having no results.
Is it a way to assign it from the terminal??? (like in 8 & 9 series)
