Hi~

When I ordering the M2 cabinet then cabinet -> cabinet type -> M2 check and False floor .

so then I check at Item List.they are checked ACT Shipment Kit and 4Xv24 OVER IP BOX(230V).

Where can I delete two lists ACT Shipment Kit and 4Xv24 OVER IP BOX(230V) ?

I really check the everywhere I didn't find.

ACT Shipment Kit is must with Me cabinet. Without it, how are you going to install it. Any way, if you want to remove it, it can be removed from the Excel file generated by Actis. Any Item can also be removed while you upload the order file in the portal.

4X24 OVER IP box is not related to the ACT. IT is related to the Serial ports. May be you configure the Hotel link etc. If You can share the ACTIS file i can help you out.
