incoming SIP Trunk to call routing ABCF network not working

hi,
2 oxe pbx (R_9.1-i160541) of each other, depending on abcf running. There are only M3-ACT PBX SIP Trunking license. MG other pbx. There Telesis PBX on the same network using SIP. M3-ACT Telesis PBX SIP call when you speak normally, but the line was disconnected when transferring. Connected abcf (MG) wishes to call SIP PBX, comes to search, but does not talk. (M3 pbx call goes out)
