Has anyone a recovery procedure for 6900, ie from a USB ?

Symptoms, cannot access the box via console port after lending box to a customer.. no idea what they have done, unit looks ok otherwise, all LEd's as should be.

Did you try another console speed? Maybe they changed it?

No output is really not normal .. with wrong speed you should still have fancy characters .. Are you sure you're using the serial-adapter on the correct "console"-labeled USB port?

Benny, yes have tried 1001 variations, even different laptop.. yes i agree its unusual, I have a lot of exposure to these..

Am not having much joy via BPWS and e-service either

any thoughts ?

It is always very difficult if there is "nothing". I believe you won't have another choice than going through eSR ...
