Where is the default file located on the 7210 SAS-M? I understand that it's in cf1:\boot.tim and I'm just trying to verify. Thanks.

By default the 7210 loads the bootstrap image cf1:/boot.tim then reads the BOF configuration file either locally or from the network. If that file is not present or is not valid it uses the golden bootstrap image from outside the filesystem. By default the BOF points to the CPM and IOM image file both.tim in a subdirectory cf1:/TIMOS-m.n where m and n are the major and minor TiMOS release numbers.
