4645 auto attendant not forwarding Caller ID / secret ID
All calls come into customer from one of 3 analog trunks, they hit the auto attendant the caller chooses the option for the person they are calling.
The call is then forwarded to the caller no problem. However the person receiving the call see's "auto attendant" on the screen and they want to see
who is calling them. Caller ID is coming in the trunks but not being forwarded to the callee through the auto attendant.
Any thoughts?
