How to setup call forwarding no answer

Hi,

New on this forum and (maybe) this is a newbee question. How do I setup the call forwarding on no answer for a user on a OXE?

Mgr users dynamic state then forward on no answer or do it by the forward prefix

From user set - dial prefix "forward on no answer" + destination number.
From management (you have answer in previouse answer) - user/dynamic state user
