ISAM 7360 "delay-tolerance" command ?

Hi,
can anyone help out with an ISAM 7360 question ?
In the ISAM 7360 there is a command "qos profiles (name) delay-tolerance "value"" which we use.
We have a recommentdation of different "values" for different types of services for this command.
When you display the configuration the "value" is however always set to 32, independant of what you configured.
We then got an explanation that the ISAM OLT recalculate this value.
Can anyone explain this recalculation, what is it based on, can the result be something else than 32 ?
