Unified maintenance Tools not work in release R10.1.1

Hi all.
I install R10.1.1-j2.603-22 in OXE (MG), change password string of 8 characters (mtcl),enabled web-server under netadmin,enabled 4760i in system, then reboot my OXE
4760i work the best, Unified Maintenance Tool not work!
folder /home/httpd/html/webtools2/php/WebToolsApp is empty!
In other OXE R10.0-j1.410-49-a Unified Maintenance Tool work the best
folder /home/httpd/html/webtools2/php/WebToolsApp contains many files
Any ideas? Sorry for my bad english
