Limit on account buffer

Hi OXO guys
As you know i'm not an OXO expert at all so my question may be dumb.
I have been asked if there is anyway to increase the buffer of the OXO that stores the last 800 (correct me if wrong) last calls.
This buffer is the one used if there is no link between the OXO and the tarification box.

as said if i'm talking no sense question please correct me.

No. There is no way as far as I know. I knew that the last 1000 tickets were stored.

It's a subject of license. Maximum 30000, but hardware may be requiered (hard disk). You can check this in Actis in Cost Optimization tab/ Metering and network management. 1000 is free (included in the cost by default).
