Hi "
Sorry to ask for a such trivial thing but I cannot find it in the docs.
I´ve read all the text (I think

) about the appointment reminder, but I the system doesnt allow me to use any prefixes on the Attendant set, for example *55* for Appointment.
We want to set an appointment for a user from the Attendant set (A4068) , What did i miss.
Please help ...
/S

It is also pre-sales engineer responsibility to check these things, Stefan.

Yepp, but we dont sold it, just manage, but still, wonder why Alcatel didn´t fix that compared to all work they do on 8082 and such, the A4035 is next on end of Life I presume.

I am having this problem with a 8068 attendant set in Hotel mode.
However, according to 8068 attendant user manual (page 27) this is possible. (see it attacehd)
Has someone faced this problem??? am I missing some configuration???

you create two ABC-F trunk group (tg,10network no 10 and tg,15network no 15 )and did transcoding should be true after create network no, add did translater the 1000 and you can write First Internal Number *55* (wake up prefix)
number:1000
Network Number : 10
Node Number/ABC-F Trunk Group : 10
Number With Subaddress (ISDN) + NO
Type + Station
Identifier : 0
