I want to change extension number on IP touch 4018.i am able to change ip address and other config but not extension number like 3125 to 1106.

Delete 3125 and create 1106 with the same parameters - name, entity, COS

My phone have problem,i want to change to new phone,provide same ip setting ,But i am unable put same previous extension number i.e 1080,How to release extension from old phone to configure on new phone?

hi 2 options,
1: in OXE you can remove mac @ in phone ip parameters
2: use out of service prefix on phone then pass code to release mac. (in our part of the world the code is #05 0000 by default).
