Urgent Help!

Hi Everyone,
My customer has virtual office (not to be confused with virtual user).
They lease out their offices and in dial numbers to small business in the local area or ones that want to look like they are local.
How it works is, a caller rings for say Bob’s plumbing the in dial points to a virtual extension that is dynamically routed to the front desk they look at the screen and answer it “Hi welcome to Bob’s plumbing”.
The problem arises now that they need another 100 in dial range as the Alcatel only support 237 ports (I think).
1. Is this a problem or can we just keep creating more and more virtual extensions.
2. By making it a duel cabinet will this expand the available ports.
3. If we networked to CPU’s would that work. ( having all victuals routing to the reception group).
Maybe can some one give me the specific information so...
