Malicious Call ID

Hello all,


Could someone be of any help to me?


I have a customer with an OXO, when someone calls there main number they answer and talk for a little time then all of a sudden the call dissconnects and they see on the screen MCID "Malicious Call ID"

How do i fix this.

what could cause it

Sounds like your customer is hitting didgits while on the phone.

Malicious Call ID is a feautre in the system, and it is activated by a code.

Go into your Feature;s Of Convo (I think, cbf lookin) and delete it.. see how that goes
