How can I see the difference among accounting tickets

Hi guys:

I need to see any difference in acounting tickets among "end call" and "transfer call".
Exists anyway to configure the Oxo for this? This causes me problem in accounting aplication.

I think a transfered call will generate 2 or more tickets depending on how often it has been transfered around, one for each part of the call costed to each extension which had the call
