Hi all,

we have a problem with IP Phone it takes a binary and data from OXE and reach to connecting 5/5 but there is no answer from IP Phone to the PBX
(that mean IP Phone doesn't go in service)

please Advice

What about posting some traces?
It seems there is NAT involved in your systems.

IP phone and CS - in the same subnet or not?

Do you know if these are new Ip Phones. Do sets display "Out of Service" after connecting or do they just stop at 5/5 and then reboot?
There is a new batch of sets about that have a new type of LCD and will only work from a certain binary version. Could be that maybe.
