Hotmenu- segmentation fault

When I try to use Hotmenu->Message->Drop message for room program crashes with information "Segmentation fault"
What can cause this?
Other functions of this program works fine i.e. Check-in, Check-out, Wake-up.
Of course I can leave meesage in other ways, for instance using Opera or Pay TV System but I wonder why this function is not working in Telephone interface?

I fear it is a Database issue or SW Bug. Dont think we can help here.
