OXO backup on Windows7

Hi,

My PC (Windows 7) does not show the customer.dbs file on Program files/PCXtools/OMC/R8XX/Targprod/aZa110/.
What could be the cause?

It is on user folder: C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\PCXTools\OMC\R820_23.1a\targprod\abr110\customer.dbs
