8232 sleeping

Hi! Customers Site and also my Demo lab oxo 9.1 43.001. 8232 Software is 41.81.
After time all 8232 Mobiles going in sleeping. No ringing (int/ext). I must put off/on. Than 8232 ist ready and rings again.
Another problem is that Mobile doesnt show missed calls at real time. I must press red button or make a second call than i have LED and post icon.

Can you help me?

Hi, i do have exactlythe same issue on 2 customers with dect 8232. I upgraded handset and oxo to the last release and issue still there.
I asked to some hotline we can call, no one else seems having this trouble.
I would be very interesting if you find a solution.

I opened ALU (Germany) ticket. Now I am waiting since 2 weeks for a solution.
Do you tried with older release 8?

No test on R8.
When we have installed these handsets, OXO was in R4.1 and we migrate to R9 because of this issue.
I took one of the "faulty" handset to test it in our lab, but I can't reproduce the issue.

Same issue with R7 in my lab. So I think its problem with Mobile SW.

Try to change the ARI in your system. I had similar problems at some OXO sites.. The resolution was to change ARI and the DECT is running without any Problem! But remember: If you change the ARI you have to re-register all handsets in your system.

Known by me. Use at least Firmware 42.81 (or 43.81 if you have IP-DECT in another site) !

I have the same issue on an OXE, must be issue with Handset firmware
