Dear all,

We`re using the Alcatel Premium reflexes 4020 in the office.
These phones are very old and due to some changes in personal, some mailbox passwords are not available anymore.

Is there a way to reset the phone including mailbox password reset?

Which Mailbox system is used?

Dear sir,

By pushing the "mailbox-button" on the phone, our alcatel 4020 phones request passwords.
Is there a chance to reset these passwords? At the moment, we`re not able to use the mailboxes because all passwords for them are unknown.

Well... there is the issue. What about you download the documentation, read about the voice mail capabilities, configuration and support. Then you will be able to answer those simple and very basic questions... next one you will ask by default is how to use it... so go! Don't be shy! Documentation is not a Trojan or some malware... no! It is your friend! Read it! Understand it! And dominate it... yes the link is on the stickies around the whole forum.
