Hello can anybody help?

There is an OXE (Rel. 9.0) and a third party SIP gateway.
OXE has own ISDN (or SIP ) trunk.

Third party SIP gateway's user as softphone calls a number via OXE , and with "ars prof trk grp seizure " , Transit call work, OK

But if the Softphone from third party sip gateway calls with "ars personal trk grp seizure" than the call is rejected.

ISDN provider--------------OXE R9.1-------------------------EXT SIP GW (ABCF)
1:
caller: ext sip gw
called number 06123456
used prefix: ars prof trk grp seizure (ex:0,06123456)
transit call is working

2:
caller: ext sip gw
called number 06123456
used prefix: ars personal trk grp seizure (ex:9,0000,06123456)
transit call does not working

Thank You in advance for the help

Hi thank you for your response.
May be i did not understood your question .

The prefix (number 9) type is : ars personal trk grp seizure
then we dial a PIN code : 0000
then we dial : 06123456 this is an external number
in fact we got "reject" after 9.

Am I understandable.

My point is where would you configure a personal password for a user not configured on OXE?

Dear tot3nkopf,
In the OXE there are more user defined with PIN code.
These codes (e.g. 0000) should work when we use "ars personal trk grp seizure" and acts as a user for transit calls but it seams in case of SIP trunk does not work.

That codes work only for extensions on which they are defined, at least in my understanding.
May be wrong but I think you cannot use personal trunk group seizure for transit calls (reason is above). You could use automatic substitution but I think that is a nightmare to configure.
