SIP VPN user trouble

HI i want create remote users with sip extensions.
I can make calls to internal extensions from my remote sip phone connected through a vpn with checkpoint client but the internal extensions can not call to my sip extension.
im have a trace a call from extension 1491 to my remote sip extension 1493.
