8082 booting directly

Hi everyone,
I'm having a problem with one 8082. There are several already deployed, but this set in particular got a problem.
It was configured properly, and the first time it was turned on, it got an new version from OpenTouch (Multimedia), and started to do its upgrade to R260.
Well, the problem is that this upgrade did not finished, and now the telephone keeps booting, does not appear the settings button on the phase 2, and when it reaches phase 4, it states that is building the upgrade scenario, and reboots again.
Anyone knows how can i solve this huge problem?
