Does 8002 SIP Phone support Dial By Name?

Hi, Has anyone tried the Dial by Name feature for the 8002 SIP Phone in the OXE R11 environment?
We are not using the Opentouch Server.
When trying to Dial by Name, we see "Searching ......" on the Display Panel followed by "Not Found". Are there any configuration settings to be made in the sipconfig-00809fXXXXXX.txt file?
