Ip Desktop Softphone time logoff

Hello!
First I apologize for my English (I write from Spain).

My problem is this:

Sometimes, just before the agent then logoff, time of Ip Desktop Softphone is 19:00, but after making the switch to logoff clock 18:59 h

It happens occasionally and it must be a matter of seconds ...
Is this normal?
Can you made ​​some kind of PBX configuration to avoid this mismatch?
