ACSE/ACFE certifications

Does anyone know who I need to contact to get my field team ACSE/ACFE certified? I am currently a vendor for ALU, and they don't offer these certifications for the vendors. I've tried locating the information on their enterprise training site and can't seem to locate any information on actually getting the training for the certification, and can't seem to get any one to respond to email or chat requests.
