Hi,
i am using Alcatel-Lucent IP Touch 4068 Extended Edition set (3GV27062xx) with the Bluetooth handset for 4068EE (3GV27059xx) and we are facing an issue with loose of synchronization beetween the phone and the handset.
When it happens, the call goes to the loudspeaker instead of the bluetooth handset.
The only way to solve the issue is to restart the handset by pressing 5 secondes on the red/green button.
Does anyone knows how to solve this problem of synchro loose beetween bluetooth handset and phone?
Is it linked with the wifi and cellular radios around?
we are running OXE R10.1.1 (j2.603.25a) and NOE 4.32.90.

Re: 4068EE with bluetooth issue
i have open an ALCATEL Service Request : 1-155201965/Bluetooth Handset lost synchro with/Forwarded to Engineering.
they are asking to follow the steps below :
1 Register the terminal set to the OXE
2 Change the name of noe40x8Ge to noe40x8G,
Copy binary(bin40x8,dat40x8,noe40x8G) from a fresh installation to the OXE: usr2/downbin/standard,
3 Reset the set, it will auto upgrade.
4 open telnet server of the terminal set on OXE:
(OXE)#ippstat telnet d (extension number) t 1440
5 (PC)#telnet (terminal ip address).
6 Check the binary version
(ip set)#id full
7 (ip set)#level all verbose
(ip set)#level BT debug
(ip set)#level BTHCI debug
(ip set)#level BTSTACK debug
(ip set)#level BTMON debug
8 Reproduce this issue and save all the trace.
---------------
the problem is that it's to difficult to reproduce the issue and save the trace since it's a random issue on our 300 phones

Re: 4068EE with bluetooth issue
all hardware are new (see attached).
is there a specific parameter on OXE to protect against interferences?

Re: 4068EE with bluetooth issue
I have seen new hardware with faulty batteries. Would suggest to discard that first.
Re: 4068EE with bluetooth issue
SW issue. I know that too and have an eSR open since a Long time. Its better with 4.33.17 firmware but still not perfect
