Transferring call duraiton problem

Dear alcatel gurus,
when I trace accounting of an external call transferred to another extension, I always see that call duariton is zero for answered and unanswered calls.
To do this test you can use "account -t" then "traced".Is not there any mistake about accounting logs and what is the solution???
