Remove Set Supervision from USER

Alcatel 4760, we do not use the Attendant Console, all interaction with the phone system is done either through the OmniVista 4760 Appliaction, or through a telnet session.
From our voice prompts, one can press *8*, which is associated with the extension (user) 2350. 2350 has three User Associated Sets attached - and I want to remove one of the extensions from the Supervisor Station, but, I cannot figure out how to do so.
I've attached a screenshot, it might help explain things a bit.
It should also be noted that '2350' is set up as a ghost to ring the three extensions I mentioned above.
Any and all help appreciated, also happy to answer or provide more information upon request.
