SIP with E1

Hi all,
The scenery consists of two interconnected oxo via SIP.
One has two junctions E1, let's call her OXO 1.
The other oxo, which we call oxo 2, makes phone calls via E1 oxo 1.
The problem is that the phone calls made by extensions of oxo 2, are being made without the number of the calling extension. Calling a cell for example, appears only the prefix of the telephone number without the completion of the extension.
And that causes failure in taxing telephone company.
