4018 using sip model ,Updating SIP binaries with 2.10.80 version

the problem: the 4018 registers correctly at boot time,
but after the expiration of the registration shows "No regist" and does not re-register. (Even having retry set to 3000)
The same is happening after network problem: no re-registration

sipconfig-xxxxxxxxx.txt
register_expire=3600
register_retry=300

Anybody has any idea how the re-registration could be forced in the sipconfig.txt
