Forward no answer

Hi all,

I have two extensions with forward no answer programmed. I want to set different ringing time in both of them.
For example, I want extension A to forward after 10 sec and extension B to forward after 20 sec.

How can I do this?

Thanks

I think you can't as timers are global. Not even with OneNumber solution

Hi

Cav is right, the timer is global, so you can't do this in OXE.

Best regards.

think it's ok since release 10 or 10.1 not sure exactly.
phone class of service, new parameter overflow no answer timer. if set to 0 then set uses timer 4 otherwise set uses this timer.

Hi folks

Yes, from R9.1 we can see this option in facility categories. There is no in R7.1. I don't have R8.1 to check but I don't think so. This is the help page from MGR:

┌─Help: Overflow onAssociate/Noreply Timer─────────────────────────────────────┐
│ │
│ CANCEL to close this window │
│ │
│ Enter an integer value │
│ │
│ Overflow onAssociate/Noreply Timer │
│ ' │
│ When a set calls to another set, if associate set is managed on the called │
│ set, after the timer │
│ TEMPSO call overflows to the associate set. TEMPSO is the timer, which is │
│ used to set the time of │
│ ringing on main set before the call overflows to associate. Currently this │
│ timer is unique for the │
│ system. This timer is also same for ?Forwarding on no reply? feature. │
│ This new parameter will be initialized with default value = 0. When starting │
│ TEMPSO timer, and if │
│ value in Class of Service is different from 0, this value is used in place │
│ of system value. If this value │
│ is 0,TEMPSO will be initialized with system value as previous. Minimum value │
│ for this time is 0 and │
│ maximum value is 1500 in terms of 100 milliseconds. (i.e it is in between 0 │
│ and 150 seconds).' │

Best regards.
