Hi to all
i have an OTBE 1.1, i noted that in 8770 accounting are present all users but some under undefined, i have only oxe users, all users are configured in the same way.
Someone have the same issue or know why the 8770 put some users under undefined.
There is a workaround, van i fix this issue manually?

Do you have cost centers assigned in OXE user configuration?

how did you create all users? by mgr or 8770?

No cost center are used.
All The usera were created in oxe, but to resolve that issue i try to delete that user and recreaye in both way, never change.
