Hi,
I'm new in OTBE/OTMS.

Configuration:
OXE R11 with OTMS-V 1.3
+ 8770

I've created an Oxe user (analog set) with OT rights.
I've installed MyIC on a Win7 PC.

When I connect with MyIC, i can call an receive calls. But when I launch My Routing Number page, I can't activate the routing by clicking on the red button. The button stays RED.

On the OXE; there are :
Hybrid Link
RSI Point

On the OT, the RSI point is declared/

Logs... Some logs.
Is the hybrid link up?
Under TSA is the RSI monitored?

The hybrid link is up.

MyAssistants logs :

I don't know why OTS is not connected.

Well now go to OTS and check. We don't know neither and less with a single line of logs.

On bp, you have tkc access with usefull tech issue experience
And of course, you have tg troubleshooting guide tg 0064 for ot

There should be one chapter where ots port is undefined
Use 8770 ot config to Check ots listening port
Use net stat command to see port in listening mode

It's work fine now.

The RSI number was not specified on the right place.

In OTMS Configuration/ System Services/ Topology/ OXE callservers / OXE Resources

I created a Resource with NAME "RSI" with the number of the RSI on RSI point. But this is not the right prodecudre. You don't create a new line.

The RSI must be specified only on the line created by default. In my case, the name of the line is "appServerOxer_otms.domainname....
