Switch User access with ping and traceroute rights

Hi,
How do we configure a omniswitch user login access with the following rights only
ping and traceroute
i got the following when i create a read-only user account
user aluuser password 12345678 read-only all
when log-on to the user : aluuser, and did a ping test,
ping 192.168.2.1
ERROR: Authorization failed. No functional privileges for this command
