Unable to export OXO Actis file from OmniPCX Office

Hi Dear,
We have Omni PCX office for the demo purpose but now we have a requirement to upgrade the system, in order to upgrade the system I need to export oxo file from the server but when I am exporting the oxo file from the OMC management console I am getting message "can't open file". I have attached the snapshot please find attachment and let me know what is the issue while exporting oxo file.
I am following below procedure to export the oxo file
login into OMC management console---->import/export----->double click on import/export------>selected oxo Actis---->pressing export.
