Finestrae FOIP server

Hi guys

I need help please.

I have an oxe rel 10. (j1.410.45) connected via external sip gateway config to a faxserver.

Pabx ip 192.168.11.21
Fax server 192.168.11.15
GD3 192.168.11.246
Default gateway 192.168.11.1

I have set up the ARS and the network number connecting to EXTGW 10 in IP domain 10 (no compression)

According to wireshark the pabx sends request to server, server acknowledge and send T38 request which the pabx sends and then when the Fax needs to transmit it give a 502.- BAD gateway error and points to the GD3.

Why does it go through whole process and I get the faxserver to answer (when I phone it internally or externally I get faxtone) but in the end it gives me a bad gateway error?

I attach sipmotor and tuner traces

can someone please assist me?
Regards
Martin

As haroun said, create a domain for FOIP server, by putting its IP Address on the domain range (mask 255.255.255.255)

I will make changes and see what happens.
I am sure I put all in he same domain but will double check it. might be that the GD is not in the same domain...
thank you guys

Hi

At first I created a domain for the faxserver on its own as Domain 10. (PABX was default domain) Then when reading the traces I saw it stating something about the Domain. Then I added the whole PABX range into domain 10 with the server.
In domain 10 I specified 192.168.11.1 - 192.168.11.254 as part of that domain. And when doing ippstat/INTIP structure it does show that the GD3 address (192.168.11.246) is in domain 10.
The fax server is 192.168.11.15 which is also part of the domain.
But I am still having the same issue.

Haroun I can ping the GD from the Faxserver.

thank you
Martin

Fri May 23 11:10:17 2014 [CMotorCallManager::onIncomingEvent] The call with eqt: 1415 has released its equipment
fax is releasing the call why? I read media not found in sdp , or gateway not found? are you sure that you should put trunk as ABCF One as idsnallcountries

I will post traces Wednesday cavagnaro. as I am not able to log in remotely today or tomorrow as client's IT support need to change the server from regular basic rate config to SIP protocol and only then can I run traces. And he is not available today or tomorrow,

thank you for help so far

Hi guys

According to the traces I am still getting bad gateway 502. And I cannot see why this should happen as I get a faxtone so I am reaching the faxserver. but the fax never delivers.

thank you
Martin

is your gd (inip working proprly) compressor are them working?
your dtmf payload must be 97 -101
SIP : besoin_et_echec_alloc_comp -> faisceau SIP ou ABCIP- translation: need and fail to allocate compressor
any transit call ?
oxe is between isdn and faxserver right? if yes isdn network is realy isdn or pcm one?
according to motortrace i think you have an alarm you must restrat the sip process -killall sipmotor command.
and put you config and specifics
