Trying to confihure fanvil phone as sip extension

I have an OXE a4400 release upper 9 I installed a fanvil phone C56 as sip extension, it registered but I can´t make or receive calls, using sipdump command I realized that when it sends neqt for the sip phone, it does not send instead it puts the neqt of the sip trunk. How can I say that it must send the neqt of the sip phone?
