What is the ring cadence/voltage on an analogue port?

Hello,
Can anyone tell me what the ring cadence and voltage on an analogue port is?
My product specialist or the distributor could not find any documentation on it.
I have a customer who I recently relocated off a Siemens 3500 to an Alcatel OXO.
The Fax which is on an analogue port can send but not receive/answer.
I plugged in a phone and the cadence sounded ok.
I checked the settings for the Siemens 3500 and they were the standard:
400ms-on; 200off; 400on; 2000off.
And I was told that the ring is the usual 75Vac.

Can anyone confirm what the OXO specs are?

Thankyou
Peter

Actually the Fax was a Lanier. I connected a PSTN line to it and it still would not answer.
So the fault is in the ring circuit in the Fax.
I told the customer to get the fax looked at.
Mind you, they already did and advised the customer that the fax was fine. Sheesh!!!

I remember the fax was always a bit temperamental, so my best guess is a dry joint on the ring bypass capacitor, which is nice and large,
and the move to the new site dislodged it properly. But thats for the fax techs to figure out.
