problem with alcatel lucent 4039

We use these phones at our business, and i am having a simple issue that i am having trouble trying to resolve.
My Alcatel lucent 4039 is answering itself after one ring and i would like this to stop.
Is there a simple solution or will i have to get a new hand set.
