Date-Time question

Hello everyone,

I'm currently having some hedaches to find a way out to "limit" the date clock settings on terminals. I'm trying to only show the date, instead of date and time on all terminals. Is this even possible to do it? If someone can help me out i'll really appreciate it.

Our OXE is currently using R9.0 if that helps. Almost all terminals are 4020 and 4018.
