Hello all, hope every body are fine.
Here it is the consult:
After an OT user creation y assinged and 8082 phoneset, the user is working since it can receive and make calls (internals and externals calls), no matter that I have two issues with this user:
1) There is a Red Triangle in the upper right corner of the screen that seems to show an "message" icon. I an not sure because the triangle is very small.
What that this red trieangle menas?. I think it is some King of message, I have navigate over all the funtions on the 8082, I have erase all logs but still the Red Trinagle is there.
Also once a wille there is an message at the screen that says "this operation falis", but I dont know wich operation, because it doen´t say more information.
2) The user has three devices associated, an IPAD, the PC desk and the 8082. When a call arrives only the Ipad and the Deskphone rings. I alredy verify the profile configuration and ALL devices are selected so, it must ring all devices, ¿right?.
I will appreciated any help with this to issues
Regards.
